Dosed Exercise Therapy |
|
![]() 会場:第6会場 ![]() Linking Scientific Variables of Exercise Dosage to the Clinical Application of Therapeutic Exercise The role and emphasis on exercise in physical therapy varies among different schools of thought. The results of researched exercise regimes have often been inconclusive since research has often focused on which exercise protocol to use rather than observing how these exercise have been applied. Physical Therapists have observed for years that damaged soft tissue is in a state of reduced tolerance to physical load. The ultimate goal of any exercise regime is to rehabilitate the injured soft tissue back to the physical stress tolerance levels it had prior to getting injured. In order to do this successfully we have to study and focus on the parameters that rule the rehab process in order to re-establish normal soft tissue functional qualities. This lecture defines the parameters that create normal soft tissue function (circulation, flexibility, coordination, endurance, strength & power) and practically attempts to demonstrate how these qualities are influenced by resistance, reps, range, speed, number of sets and training intervals. The soft tissue tolerance to physical stress is re-established through a series of exercise progressions going from a “light to “heavy exercise dosage depending on what the final outcome should be. The exercise progressions examples offered in this lecture are merely suggestion on what to do. It is the hope of the instructor that each individual can apply these lecture concepts and apply them successfully to any exercise program. 軟組織の機能(血液循環、柔軟性、協調性、持久力、ストレングス、パワー)を定義し、抵抗、反復回数、レンジ、スピード、セット数、トレーニングインターバルがどのようにその機能に影響するか、を実践的にデモンストレーションしながら説明していきます。個別のエクササイズプログラムを立てるために必要な知識であり、講師が世界的に理学療法士に指導している内容です。ぜひご参加ください。 |
